In year 1983, he was Awarded Gold medal  by Institution of Valuers (India).

Practising as Architect, Structural Engineer and Valuer at Mumbai since last 58 years.

Visiting Faculty for Master of Valuation course at Sardar Patel University Anand .

Prepared Study Material (SIM) for Core subjects of  Master of Valuation  Course (Distance Education Programme) of  Shivaji University (Kolhapur).  And  Master of Commerce Course of Annamalai University – Chennai.

Presented  several articles (70 Nos) on subject of valuation at seminar of  different branches  of Institution of Valuers (India) from 1976 to 2018

Author of Book  “ Elements of Valuation of Immovable Property”
